3005 Automatic Lines
Automatic labelling machine for applying a single label on Round, Flat, Oval and Half-cone products.
 The machine includes a Conveyor belt, a labelling head and a number of optionals, such as: Orbital aligner for oval products, upper roller for labelling oval products or very high ones, spacing wheel, lateral roller for wrap-around labelling, label overprinting/marking units in alphanumeric characters.
Products can be loaded by means of loading dish or others.

The distinguishing feature for these 5 models is basically the labelling head which can be Economy, Classic, or Plus. They perform differently as far as: speed for moving and printing the silicon-based ribbon of self-adhesive labels, respectively 15-30-60 m/minute, the maximum label width and length 100x250, 150x350 e 150x350. Furthermore, the Classic and Plus heads allow you to apply dry or hot label overprinting units for printing info such as Expiry Dates and Lot numbers in alphanumeric characters. There is also a Digit version where the microprocessor allows you to manage other signals, such as alarms, and save parameters for as many as 100 labels.
